Peter robs and kills a man, then is coerced by an unknown number into robbing another home. During the second robbery, Peter encounters a strange figure that begins pursuing him. He manages to escape and returns to his car, only to find the figure waiting for him in the backseat, trapping him inside.

FADE IN:
EXT.AFTERNOON-SIDE STREET
ALEX, a slim teenager lies face down on the pavement. A
noticeably large pool of blood grows around his face. He’s
completely motionless.
His assailant, PETER HOLM stands over him. PETER stops,
then SNATCHES ALEX’s wallet. He removes a £20 note and a
couple of credit cards. He holds a CROWBAR in his left
hand.
He walks away from ALEX’s limp body.
After around 20 meters, an ominous PRESENCE/FIGURE’s shadow
comes into view.
EXT.AFTERNOON-STREET
PETER walks to his car, phone in hand.
He gets into his car.
INT.AFTERNOON-CAR
PETER puts the key into the exhaust.
His car is filthy, but we don’t pay attention to that.
Before he starts driving, he gets a follow up message.
PETER
I’m finished.
He gets a reply almost immediately.
PETER (CONT’D)
Am I done?
NUMBER UNKNOWN
No.
NUMBER UNKNOWN (CONT’D)
Go ‘across the pavement’ at 24 East
Avenue.

PETER
How am I meant to do it?
NUMBER UNKNOWN (CONT’D)
I don’t care. Start Driving.
The message says it was sent
at 6PM.
Unbeknown to Peter, a PRESENCE is following him. It
stands, frozen in position. Half of its body is obstructed
by the tree.
We see Time Passing, through the time displayed on PETER’s
phone.
INT.NIGHT-CAR
PETER pulls on the side of the road. He’s parked across
the street from the house.
NUMBER UNKNOWN
Wait here for further instructions.
PETER puts on a black beanie and a pair of black gloves.
Time passes.
We see Peter sitting silently, waiting. LUKE walks past
and PETER watches him walk away,
PETER opens his bag, taking his iPhone out. He looks,
seeing a message from EMILY.
The message reads: Where are you??
PETER disregards the message. He puts the phone into the
glove compartment.
He gets another message.
NUMBER UNKNOWN
You’ve got 15 minutes.
NUMBER UNKNOWN (CONT’D)
Oh yeah and remember, use the key.
EXT.NIGHT-OUTSIDE LUKE’S HOUSE

PETER walks past us, unaware of his pursuer.
If you look carefully, you can see THE PRESENCE come out
from behind a wall.
EXT.NIGHT-PATH OUTSIDE HOUSE
PETER sneaks down the path outside LUKE’s house. He
UNSHEATHES the crowbar and GRASPS onto it with his right
hand.
He sees a door and starts to open it with his crowbar.
INT.NIGHT-KITCHEN
We see an iPhone lying on a table.
The door swings open and PETER comes into view. He walks
over and SEIZES it, putting it into his bag.
He does this quickly, knowing that he doesn’t have enough
time.
He looks around the kitchen but…
SUDDENLY……he hears footsteps going down the stairs. He
quickly hides underneath a table in the corner of the room.
PETER takes out his phone and begins to type.
PETER
There’s someone here
PETER (CONT’D)
What do I do?
PETER rushes out this message. He quickly gets a reply.
NUMBER UKNOWN
Are you sure someone’s there?
PETER
Yes, coming down the stairs RIGHT NOW
PETER waits for a response. NUMBER UNKNOWN starts typing.
The footsteps grow quieter. PETER gets up and hides behind
the wall. He takes his phone out to read the message.

He’s interrupted……
We see the FIGURE move slowly towards the kitchen through
the hallway. It’s walking in an inhumane way, almost
robotically.
PETER GRASPS the crowbar, holding it whilst waiting for
someone to move past…….BUT……The footsteps stop.
PETER waits…..silently confused.
PETER looks around the corner, seeing nothing. PETER
continues up the stairs, wary of his surroundings.
PETER sees a closed door. He decides to open it and enters
the room cautiously……
INT.NIGHT-BEDROOM
PETER enters the master bedroom. Holding up the KEY, he
puts it into the drawer. Inside it is a package.
He puts all the money into his little drawstring bag.
He TURNS AROUND. THE FIGURE looms over him. It moves,
aggressively towards PETER.
INT.NIGHT-HALLWAY
We hear PETER trying to escape from THE FIGURE. It’s clear
that PETER is struggling.
We move closer and closer to the door until……
We see PETER, on the floor, managing to close the bathroom
door shut behind him.
INT.NIGHT-BATHROOM
It’s pitch black. PETER whips out his phone, messaging his
contact frantically. He sees a previous message.
NUMBER UNKNOWN
Stay there. Continue as planned.
The new message, from recently reads…
NUMBER UNKNOWN
What’s going on?
PETER messages back as soon as he can.

PETER
There’s something here.
PETER (CONT’D)
I don’t know what it is.
NUMBER UNKNOWN
Have you got the package?
PETER
Yeah.
PETER (CONT’D)
But I’m trapped
PETER
Send someon-
SUDDENLY……A hand clicks its fingers, illuminated by the
glare from his phone. PETER jerks to the side in reaction.
INT.NIGHT-BEDROOM
The doorknob SHAKES and TWISTS. We can’t see inside……We’re
waiting, with no knowledge of what’s happening inside the
bedroom.
THEN…..the doorknob stops shaking. PETER BURSTS through
the door, out of breath.
He runs down the stairs as fast as he can. We look back
with him, seeing the figure in pursuit.
EXT.NIGHT-OUTSIDE HOUSE
PETER sprints away. He goes towards his car. He FUMBLES
with the keys, entering quickly.
INT.NIGHT-CAR
PETER JUMPS into the seat. He puts the key in and adjusts
the mirror.
He looks away at first before looking back. He’s SHOCKED.
THE FIGURE is in the backseat.

PETER slowly moves his hand towards the door. He doesn’t
take his eye away from the mirror.
BUT…The car doors are locked. PETER FREEZES.
EXT.NIGHT-OUTSIDE CAR.
We pan around, seeing THE FIGURE in the backseat.
We can hear the sound of the wind clearly for the first
time, becoming louder.
CUT TO BLACK
The sound of the wind becomes increasingly loud. This is
until it stops entirely
