The Acer Aspire One is a line of subcompact notebook computers released in 2008. Models run either Linux, Windows XP, or Android and have 10.1" or 8.9" displays. Storage includes solid state drives up to 16GB or mechanical hard drives up to 160GB. Models have between 512MB and 2GB of RAM and battery life ranges from 2.5 to 7 hours. The Aspire One is available globally from major retailers and has faced some issues with password bugs and screen cracking.
