The Institution of Lighting Professionals unites the skills of engineering, design
and technology in order to deliver quality lighting for the built environment
and achieve public benefit.
In setting and establishing standards for good practice, the Institution seeks

Working on exterior and interior projects, in public spaces, workplace, leisure,

The Institution of Lighting Professionals is an educational charity and
our main focus is on individual members. That means we focus on

The GRID
The ILP launched it’s fantastic new resource called The GRID.
It’s a simple way of identifying who’s who in highways and infrastructure
lighting, locating contact details and keeping in touch with public lighting
peers. Found in the Resources section of the ILP website, it is available free of
charge to ILP members logged into MyILP
