An established hotel with 178 rooms
Based on an energy audit, Enerdyne was contracted to:
• Design the new VRF air conditioning system
• Perform energy efficiency upgrades to the lighting, hot
water and pumping systems
• Arrange for financing of the energy efficiency project
Net cash savings for the hotel: $ 250,000 per year
