Performance contracting offers the customers to improve
the energy performance in the project without the need of
the capital investment. By which, EcoSol may finance and
implement the project by its staff against a percentage of
the actual achieved savings. This would be left after for
discussion after the finish of the energy auditing program.
Performance contracting is an alternative to the traditional
bid and spec process by placing the demand of
