1. Conserve Without Compromise
The Bottom Line In Energy Cost
Reduction
An authorized dealer of
EASI- Energy Automation Systems Inc.
2. • We are an Energy Management Firm that
prevents problems before they occur by
objectively and unobtrusively managing an
organization’s power strategies through a
comprehensive, predictive, and preventative
management program paid solely from the
savings we create.
3. What Do We Do?
• Lower electric bills and maintenance costs,
and reduce equipment downtime.
• Improve electrical equipment operation,
reliability, and longevity.
• Improve electric power usage and
efficiency throughout the operation.
4. HOW WE DO IT!
• Implementing EASI’S patented power
treatment technologies
• Full systems approach to energy savings
• Utilizes equipment you already have. No
retrofitting or replacement of equipment.
• Each system is custom designed to match
your facilities needs
6. Initial Contact
• NO SALES HYPE!
• Our goal is to introduce our program and
secure your permission to have the person
who understands your facilities electrical
system best guide one our representatives
through your building to perform the
required electrical inspection.
7. Facilities Inspection
• Perform a walkthrough of your facility to gather the data we
need to accurately determine the effectiveness we can have
in lowering your electrical costs
• The walkthrough is designed to analyze the electrical
system, equipment operations, electrical billing issues and
history, power quality and electrical maintenance challenges
• The data is keyed into a project estimation software
application developed by EASI which generates accurate
projections of savings and project costs
8. Conditional Agreement Prepared
We now have the information necessary to estimate the cost
you would face and the financial earnings you will receive
from our designed project and any additional work
performed
• In a written statement we will tell you:
- An estimation of power cost savings.
- The approximate charges for performing the project
design.
- What we must charge for the electrical work to create the
savings.
9. Evaluation Report
• In addition to the project targets for savings
and cost we will tell you precisely what
conditions we identified in your building
that led us to our conclusions
• Great communication is critical for a
successful project
10. Agreement Explained
• The conditional agreement is a conservative
estimate as to the minimal electric bill savings and
return on investment we will deliver to you from
our contracted services
• By analyzing these numbers you will be able to
decided if the savings project is attractive enough
for your financial investment.
11. Design Contract
• If the savings and payback meet with your
approval, we will execute the contract and
move forward with the project design
• The Conditional Agreement carries a 100%
refund guarantee: if we miss the numbers,
the project design fee is fully refunded
12. The Project Design
• Intensive collection and review of equipment usage and
other on-site data by a team of Energy Innovators Experts
which includes:
- In depth electrical inspection on major loads and electrical
panels.
- Visual inspection of entire electrical distributions system.
- Staff interviews.
- Billing history reviews for usage and demand
characteristics.
- Detailed load by load equipment and lighting data from
your entire facility.
13. Project Proposal
• A detailed report which explains:
- Electrical billing costs and how those costs are created by
different types of electrical loads
- A report of your overall connected load by type of equip.
- Electrical work we are recommending to be performed
- The financial cost and projected savings
- Secondary benefits
14. Project Installation
• A carefully designed plan of electrical system
improvements and adjustments which includes:
- The addition of power conditioning equipment
- The repair of certain electrical loads or motors
- A precise round of maintenance and upgrade work to your
lighting systems
15. Ongoing Savings Verification
• The performance of all EASI systems are
monitored and accurately verified at
installation and on a month to month basis
from the day of project completion.
16. Secondary Benefits
• Elimination of power factor penalties
• Lower KVA or KVAR penalties
• Improved voltage
• Increased capacity of electrical system: 5%-15%, sometimes
20%
• Cooler panels, wiring and circuit breakers
• Increased power factor (efficiency of your electricity)
• Reduced fire hazards
• Power conditioning (Reduced harmonics, fluctuations and
other interference on your power lines)
17. Better Working Conditions and
Productivity
• More cooling capacity from A/C.
• More cooling capacity from refrigeration.
• Less heat to be removed by A/C.
• Reduced downtime on equipment & production.
• Installation done during normal business hours.
• Lower labor cost because of reduced maintenance.
• Reduced replacement costs of equipment.
