ABN AMRO uses Bazaarvoice's Conversations solution to engage customers and build trust. Customers can rate ABN AMRO's continuous travel insurance on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. Within two weeks, 93% of ratings were 4 stars or above. Conversations also drove a 40% increase in conversion rates. Based on early success, ABN AMRO plans to expand Conversations to more products to further enhance customer engagement.
