Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily payroll department operations (Maintaining and managing all documents related
to payroll processes, Liaise with Finance and HR, Prepares HR Letters, Respond to any queries
related to payroll Matter).
• Development of Payroll Systems to ensure that, changes in business activities and other
regulatory requirements are fully supported by the payroll systems.
• Overseeing and reviewing the work standards for data entry, payroll processing, codification
etc., which Payroll and operational staff must follow in order to ensure systems integrity and
accuracy of recorded employee data.
• Posting timesheets, tracking benefit time, calculating accruals,reconciling accounts and
preparing periodical HR budget for all employee costs.
• Liaise with Finance ensuring that all appropriate processes and procedures are followed to meet
the requirements, before the payments are released.
• Production of accurate and meaningful payroll management information and reports as and
when requested.
• Calculates final settlements for resigned or terminated employees.
• Prepares the monthly income tax, Social Insurance and Emergency Fund for Labor Law.
• Administer and updating leave balance in the system, and informing Management with available
balance to enable them taking the right action.
• Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensures that new employees are registered in and resigned or terminated employees are removed
from Social Insurance System and preparing periodical reports ( Form 2 ).
• Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Monitors timely update of employees' files and documents (personnel details, position and
transfers, promotions, performance outcomes, staff turnovers)
• Maintain payroll system up-to-date and accurate.
