period.

10. REWARDED CROWDFUNDING
Company can generate donation within Aalto
Index by SMS pledge service Via community effort
with the support of startup TV channel for live
stream.
Example for SMS: sponsor can send SMS to
number 16130. Type "AI AE1 50". AI stands for
Aalto Index. AE1 Aalto Explorer. And 50 is sum.
Then Aalto Explorer will get 50E for funding
Sponsors will be rewarded by the startups for such
donation either by:
-Product purchasing with discount rate
-Early access to product/services
-Access to exclusive content/report
-Listed name as a sponsor
-Start-up gift such as T-shirt, sticker, etc.

11. MARKETPLACE FOR EQUITY TRADING
Investors can request for buying
or selling shares of any company
fundraising/trading from the
platform. All the purchases will be
made between investors, not
Aalto Index itself. However, the
platform will provide the
transaction service and legal
support.

12. BUSINESS MODEL
• Aalto Index will reserve the right to invest in the first shares of

• 5% of the fundraising amount as a service fee
• 2% transaction fee for share trading activities
