10. One of the lessons of Assessment in Learning that I will
never forget is the fundamental primary premise
emphasizing the concept among the learning objectives,
styles of instructions, and the types of assessment to be
employed. Based on my observations, understood from our
teachers' discussions and recitations from Assessment in
Learning 1 according to evaluation in Learning 2, evaluation
is not restricted to examination tests; there are specific
Assessments that are tailored to a certain goal and
instruction set and carried out.It is further subdivided into
two types: (a) Authentic Assessment, which focuses on
assessing students' performance, and (b) Formal
Assessment, which focuses on assessing students
skill, knowledge, and learnings about something coupled
with actual application, most notably through
the activities and tasks that learners will really execute
[more on performance-based learning]
[b] Paper and pencil test, which, according to my
aforementioned teachers, is the lowest kind of learning
because it just assesses pupils' memorization rather than
their real learning acquired usage, as opposed to authentic
exams in where students will actually build something out of
In a paper and pencil test, they will only choose and/or
provide one correct answer.Items in test papers must be
required.

However, creating a test questionnaire is a difficult task.
There is a test. Before developing an effective test
questionnaire, reliability and validity must be considered.
In a nutshell, Assessment in Learning is a relevant issue
most of the time.notably at the college of education
because it molds and trains future teachers to be
equippednecessary knowledge and skills on how to
measure learning even in verying types of teachings.
Learning Competencies, instructions, and assessment
should constantly be concurrent to ensure the success of
the Processes of teaching and learning. It is simply
important for us as future educators to guarantee that our
students are learning from us.
and one method to ensure this is to provide exams and
activities that correctly assess their abilities.
learnings, and that it would result in something that we
could analyze rapidly and effectively.
This is the piece of advice that I would take away from
this talk.Dylan William's book Embedded Formative
Assessment: A Practical Guide"The job of the teacher is
not to transmit knowledge or to facilitate learning; it is to
engineer learning."Students benefit from good learning
environments.
