• Cochin Port is a major port on the Arabian Sea-Indian
Ocean sea-route and is one of the largest ports in
India.
• Body of government of India that manages the port
of Kochi
• One among the 13 Major Ports in India
• The International Container Transshipment Terminal
(ICTT), part of the Cochin Port, is the largest
container transshipment facility in India.

IT professionals and the findings establish that the women
professionals are experiencing organizational role stress due to
role overload.

sector and findings reveal that it occurs as a result of position
one occupies in his/her personal and professional life.
• Chiu, Yeh (2012) investigated on the relationships among role
stressors, social support, and employee deviance.
