This study gives an overview of the Brand creation of Spencer’s Retail Limited. It shows
companies' profiles, how they grow year by year in the retail sector. This study creates brand
awareness among the consumer. Spencer offered FMCG products, and consumers have major
acceptance of FMCG products. Spencer’s consist of all over 12 private labels, and 5 formats
for outlets. They are selling many products that are used in daily needs, they offer food, home,
personal care, electronics, electrical, fashion, and accessories. They have a variety of products
available at their Super, Hyper, Express, fresh, and daily. The company should try to include
kids, men’s and ladies apparel component in Spencer’s daily to attract customers. The company
should do visual merchandising in a better way to improve product visualization.
