SUSAN LUTHER - LOGO
I have been working with Susan Luther, a life and business skills coach and trainer, to create a new brand
identity for her business.

Susan's business is very personal and is built on trust and a feeling of positivity. We worked hard to create
a colour palette that felt both calm and positive and used the sunflower as a symbol of strength,
brightness and growth.

SUSAN LUTHER – BUSINESS CARD & COMPLIMENT SLIP
Susan wanted to incorporate a photograph which gives her a card a really personal feel and helps
people remember her face! On the reverse of the card we used the space to give a hint of
everything she can offer on a personal and business level and added a big splash of yellow against
the strong, calm green to give it a warm and comforting feel :)
Her compliment slips tie in with the design of her business cards and are a great way of handing
out some hand written, bespoke advice on a personalised piece of paper!


DAVRON – LOGO
A start-up company based in Gnosall, Staffs wanted a logo concept that they had in
mind transformed into a clean, professional design in vector form to enable large
format print for commercial vehicles, etc.


Cupcakes Galore - Logo
Logo design - part of the branding project for a new, up and coming confectionery
company supplying high quality tailor made cupcakes, tiered cakes and luxury
desserts for special occasions


Cupcakes Galore - Folded Card
In addition to the logo design, as part of the branding, we produced a business card &
leaflet combined. After researching various options, this gave us a great way of
advertising the company's products as a leaflet would do but in a more "chic" and
practical way in that it can be folded and kept in someone's wallet as a business card.
The card folds as a tent card...similar to a place card you'd find at a wedding (brides-
to-be being major clients!). The overall look and design gives a luxury image for the
luxury products they sell!

Cupcakes Galore – Letterhead and Sticker
Continuing the branding project, we produced bespoke letterheads and stickers
to accompany delivered products

Kirsty Jones Personal Training – Logo Design
Kirsty, based in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire, wanted a logo designed to
represent her business and help to attract a more serious client base who are
interested in the more intense fitness programme. A strong, sharp design is what
we wanted to achieve to reflect her working methods. The new logo will be used
across her branding to include her website, car graphics and uniform motifs.


Eco Crane Solutions - Logo
A new company, Eco Crane Solutions, required a full branding package - the first job was to
create a logo to represent the business. A visual hook (the bird - or crane to be specific!)
gives people something to remember and associate with the company name. The colours
tie in with the "eco" theme that the company prides itself on. The full company name was
shortened to an abbreviation to make the logo easier to recognise and simplify the design,
keeping it a manageable shape and size for any promotional materials.

As part of the branding package, we created letterhead and business card designs.


SFR Design – My branding and stationery!
I also needed a logo, business cards and letterhead and I designed my own...often more difficult than
designing for someone else! For the business cards, I decided to design a two-sided card to give it a
more fun and slightly indulgent look...it's representing design services after all! The reverse of the
card doesn't have to be used for displaying further company information, it can also be used as a
design statement; something that makes it different and fun!
Different print effects can make all the difference...for the reverse image, I had an effect called Spot
UV applied to just the pink butterfly which gave it a raised gloss film and really makes it stand off the
page. Ask me about different print options to make the most of your products!

AAA Plumbing – Vehicle Graphics
This was created as a large format vehicle wrap for AAA Plumbing's new company van.
Having recently moved to Telford from Walsall, it should grab some attention driving
round and help to get the name out there!


Carolyn Ling Financial Planning – Editorial Advert
Carolyn wanted an improvement on her previous year's advert (not designed by SFR!) and
wanted a fresh and personal editorial advert to go in a local publication. After no success
from her advert last year, she has already had enquiries from the new ad this year!

JK Audio Visual – Advertising Banner
This was printed as an 8' x 3' banner, currently on display at the side of the cricket pitch at
Newport Cricket Club.

JK Audio Visual specialise in supply and installations of home automation, audio and
visual products for the home and business. They needed something simple and striking
yet easy enough to read and understand what the company does from a distance of 50
metres...and I think we succeeded!


Eco Crane Solutions – Banner
This was produced for a 3m x 1m banner to be used on a display at a trade exhibition.


G.H.o.S.T. – Directory front cover
A local traders association that was set up to help the local economy released an annual
directory. I designed the front cover to represent the group. A collage of various beauty
spots was an obvious tribute and after playing photographer for the day, I put all the
pictures together to create a simple and attractive image for the cover.

G.H.o.S.T. – Informative Poster
A poster designed to promote an event for "GHoST", a Staffordshire based traders
association.


McQ’s Bar - Poster
A bar based on York University campus serving real ales wanted to promote a trendier image
to increase its footfall. They wanted a poster designed to advertise round campus on a long
term basis.

We designed a promotional poster to advertise a themed event held at McQ’s Bar, York.


Gnosall Social Club – Membership Card
The Social Club in Gnosall needed some simple membership cards produced to enable
people to come and enjoy the club. Great designs can be produced on a budget too!


Workin Togs - Advert
Using their existing branding, I created a professional advert to be published in a directory.
Although simple, using professional design services to design the layout of an advert can really
make a difference!


The Horns Inn – Menu Designs
A popular local pub which has recently undergone refurbishment; installing a brand new state-of-the
art kitchen to enhance its restaurant dining facilities. Being just over the road from our office gave us
a great opportunity to work closely with the owner and create several pieces of work to coincide with
the launch – including new restaurant menu, bar & lounge menu and promotional vouchers.

The Horns Inn – Voucher & Loyalty Card
Wanting to offer something a little different to your regular village pub, we produced a simple
yet fun loyalty card and vouchers


St Lawrence’s Day Nursery – Pocket Folder Brochure
A local daycare nursery that wanted to refresh their old literature. Using an original pencil
drawing, we re-created and enhanced their existing logo, combining it with a slight
amendment to text layout and colour gradient background. We had the design digitally
printed onto 350gsm board with plastic pockets to contain their literature inserts which
created beautiful, professional brochure presentation folders.

Hen Party Invitation
Although most of the work I do is with businesses, I was asked to create something for a hen
weekend invitation which was great fun to do!
