The communication goals for the Agile Working programme are to ensure all employees are aware of it by January 2014, have a consistent understanding of it, and that managers have tools to communicate it to their teams. Materials to support communication include intranet pages providing information, FAQs, and updates about the programme, as well as an infographic explaining agile working. The next steps are to launch an article and poster campaign in December alongside the intranet going live, and the Programme Board will decide whether to approve going live with the programme and communication plan.
