 In 1987 director FRANK DARABONT bought the story from Stephen king
 But he didn’t begin;made some changes after five years later he submitting
script to rock entertainment studio ; budjet is $25million…. Produced by

 IN 1994 the film was released ;; received positive response , got so many
awards and best picture of the year

in jail.

 I wish I could show the entirety of Andy’s escape and how
brilliantly thought out it was, but it’s all about the horrifying,
visceral journey he takes through offfal, emerging to be reborn in
the rain in one of cinema’s most hope-filled shots.

 Everything in Andy and Red’s world is so abnormally awful that
this scene where they volunteer for a work detail and Andy works a
deal with the guards for beers for his guys that watching these
prisoners relax in peace after working like dogs all day is
fantastically peaceful. Andy didn’t even want a beer. He just
wanted to see normal people doing a normal thing for once in his
imprisoned life. Brilliant scene.

16. OPINION
 Starting off, I feel I have a very deep connection with the movie. This is one of
those movies where I was too stupid to realize awesomeness with my first watch,
but slowly, the realization arrived.....
 TODAY : Three years have passed, and my count today stands at 67, that is how
many times I have watched it.
 Must Watch Movie! Total justice to the IMDB No. 1 stature. I will try and give
out a review edging on the personal side.
 3 years back: The first time I tried watching it, I slept midway, same story the
second time. The third time I coerced myself into going the whole way and I
successfully did that.

 Conclusion In the movie Shawshank Redemption, psychological
issues are evident and are portrayed through different characters
that are dealing with their individual desire for hope and
freedom each having a different “outlook on life.” As the main
character, Andy Dufresne has a goal of finding his own identity,
which is “an individual’s self-concept derived from perceived
membership in a relevantsocial group,” within the prison of
Shawshank by taking on different responsibilities and roles.
Becoming a prison librarian, a financial advisor, and an
educator, Andy begins to cope with the hardships of prison of
life
