This document presents a new digital advertising platform developed by Brave, aimed at addressing the issues plaguing current advertising models, such as privacy concerns, inefficiencies, and fraud. The platform allows users to opt in for ads, rewarding them with its Basic Attention Token (BAT), while ensuring anonymity and direct connections between users, publishers, and advertisers. It seeks to disrupt the digital ad ecosystem dominated by a few major companies, promising a more equitable and privacy-focused approach for all stakeholders involved.
