This document presents a hierarchical key assignment scheme (HKAS) utilizing the closest vector problem in an inner product space (CVP-IPS), emphasizing scalability, efficiency, and security for various applications including cloud computing and IoT. The scheme supports dynamic user management and provides a secure, cost-effective solution with uniform key lengths across classes, contrasting with traditional top-down approaches.
