2. ‘Health is wealth’. We can do our work well only when we
are physically fit .Our organs help us to perform many
activities and hence we should keep our body clean and
healthy, so that the organs can work better. Health is a true
boon , it is our utmost duty to take care of ourselves.
3. We can look after different organs of our body following
manner:
We should brush out, teeth as soon we get up in the morning
and also before going to bed at night. We should also clean
our tongue with tongue cleaner. We must use proper
toothbrush, toothpaste to clean
our teeth.
4. We should always maintain a regular toilet habit, since waste
production from our body must be thrown out of our body.
5. Take bath everyday using a soap and water, soap cleans dirt
and kills germs present on our body. Wet body should be
dried up with a clean and rough towel.
6. Always clean your hands and feet when you come from
outside. Also wash your hands before and after eating food.
You must also clean your hands after visiting the toilet.
7. Clean your ears using cotton buds. Don’t use any pointed
object inside your ears, as it may hurt you and affect sense of
bearing.
8. Hair should be washed regularly with proper shampoo and
water. Dirty hair might have lice and mites which are bad for
our health.
9. Besides the need to be clean, our body also needs regular exercise
and rest, to remain fit and healthy.
A healthy body can perform its duty only when it is maintained with
proper care, which can be easily done with regular exercises.
