Integration of information and communication technology (ICT) in teacher education is a means to support the teaching and learning process. Good teaching by utilizing technology certainly requires changes, especially in the realm of pedagogy, but teachers apparently do not have enough ability to optimize ICT in the learning process. In fact, ICT has the potential to provide various benefits for teachers and students, including joint learning areas, cooperative and collaborative learning opportunities. Therefore, this research aims to identify the use of mobile learning application (MLA) and its impact as a form of ICT integration in learning. The method used is literature study, by taking data from various relevant scientific articles and books. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis from the results of the synthesis of several literature reviews obtained. The research results show that a number of 10 main articles and 15 relevant supporting articles as well as several book sources show that mobile-based learning with smartphone devices is becoming a trend at various levels of education, both academic and vocational.
As universities shifted to online education with the onset of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, both pedagogy and assessment patterns across disciplines underwent a change, with a shift towards collaborative digital assessments. In this context, using qualitative and quantitative methods for data collection from an assessment conducted for 55 students who worked in groups to create YouTube videos on pre-selected modules, our analysis reveals that this assessment tool had a significant impact on peer learning, motivation and group dynamics. Students were more motivated to learn and share their learning, and they could also successfully engage in recognising and addressing group dynamics, thereby cultivating more than just subject knowledge. This finding aligns with existing scholarship and the paper adds to research about pedagogy and assessment via digital education in the Indian context, which is still upcoming.

(MDF) for teaching and learning in a Virtual Reality Learning Environment (VRLE). The aim of the study
was to investigate the students’ learning experiences with fully remote multidisciplinary groups, practicing
collaborative design in a VRLE. The objective was to introduce and implement a synchronous
multidisciplinary design teaching and learning engagement framework with asynchronous online
documentation that manages and evaluates evidence of learning outcomes. This study employed a
sequential explanatory mixed method research on a quasi-experiment involving 30 undergraduate students
from the creative media specializations in collaboration with 39 other students from the business,
computing, communication, and product design degree students over a 14- weeks duration. Students were
surveyed using online questionnaires, interviews, and observations by the module facilitator for the
quantitative and qualitative data collection. A triangulation protocol was used for the convergence coding
of three data sets. Results revealed that there were 85% students scoring grade A’s as compared to 69.3%
from the previous cohort that was without the framework and VRLE support. Overall, the students’
commented that the multidisciplinary design collaboration was beneficial, realizing the advantage of
collaborating to merge various skill sets and knowledge to solve problems that couldn’t be solved alone.
The study’s finding implied that the MDF effectively achieved the teaching and learning outcomes and
could be applied to all higher education multidisciplinary collaborations in a VRLE.

This paper examined the effect of blended learning BL on students’ achievement in Quadratic and Simultaneous equations in Ogun State, Southwest Nigeria. Blended learning is a learning strategy that supplements traditional face to face instruction congruent to the traditional lecture method TLM with computer based learning, to which students subscribe. A control group and a quasi experimental design were adopted for this study. Purposive sampling techniques were applied to select a sample of 320 students drawn from two secondary schools in which intact classes were used. The Quadratic and Simultaneous Equations Achievement Test QSEAT was developed with a reliability coefficient value of 0.82, and used as the research instrument. An analysis of covariance ANCOVA was used to test the hypotheses. All the hypotheses were tested at the 0.05 level of significance. Results showed that there was a statistically significant main effect of treatment on students’ achievement in Quadratic and Simultaneous equations. There was a statistically significant effect of blended learning BL on students’ achievement in Quadratic and Simultaneous equations. There was a statistically significant interaction effect of treatment control and experimental BL on students’ achievement in Quadratic and Simultaneous equations. The findings of the study revealed that the student’s achievement in Quadratic and Simultaneous equations was enhanced more when BL strategies were used than when TLM was used. Based on the findings of this study, it was therefore recommended that efforts be made to integrate the philosophy of BL into the preservice teachers’ curriculum at the teacher preparation institutions in Nigeria. This document discusses blended learning and its effectiveness in developing concepts and thinking skills. It defines blended learning as combining online and traditional learning, taking advantage of different learning theories. There are five key components of blended learning identified: teacher-led interactions, self-paced interactions, collaborative activities, pre-assessments, and supplemental materials. The philosophy of blended learning is to utilize technology to create new learning situations and simulate active, individualized, learner-centered education. It has advantages like flexibility, increased participation, and better communication compared to solely online or traditional approaches.
The role of entrepreneurship in addressing the issue of educated unemployment is well acknowledged, while its specific implications for health professions students remain inadequately explored. This study's main objective is to investigate entrepreneurship education's effect on entrepreneurial intention by considering entrepreneurial self-efficacy as a mediator in students majoring in medical laboratory technology. This quantitative research uses an exploratory approach involving 300 respondents determined through simple random sampling techniques and analyzed using partial least square structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The analysis revealed that entrepreneurship education directly impacts self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, entrepreneurial self-efficacy was identified to exert a positive mediating effect between these variables. However, the effect size between the relationships of the research variables is low. Nevertheless, higher education offering health majors can optimize entrepreneurship education by implementing practical learning and field experience to increase confidence and intention in entrepreneurial activities.
Recent studies claimed that the absence of a paradigm is a challenge to developing education for sustainable development and soft skills competencies. This integrative study examines stimulating these transferable and transversal competencies through constructivist approaches to teaching from the cognitive, social, radical, and critical perspectives. The study argues that the use of constructivist approaches to teaching can contribute to the achievement of education for sustainable development and soft skills competencies through the delegation of power from teachers/lecturers to students. This, in active and interactive classrooms, empowers students and builds their confidence to develop on the personal, academic, and professional levels. The use of the cognitive constructivist approach assists in developing competencies based on a clear understanding of the cognitive structures of students in a vibrant classroom environment. The use of the social constructivist approach assists in constructing individualized learning environment based on predetermined zones of proximal development in sociocultural contexts. The radical and critical constructivist approaches to teaching, through the rejection of conventional epistemologies, allow students the freedom to creatively address issues related to environmental, economic, and social sustainability. This becomes effective through the fostering of self and social awareness, challenging existing ideas, and provoking innovative thoughts that are necessary to shape a sustainable future.

The rise and growing prevalence of juvenile delinquency is a matter of concern for many parties. This study aims to establish a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that can be deployed to assess the learning environment perceived by high school students. This research endeavor constitutes a developmental study, wherein the outcomes are a single survey instrument encompassing six variables, nineteen indicators, and forty questions. The data-collecting process involved the utilization of a Google Form across five schools in five districts, containing a total of 1615 participants. The analysis of expert data was conducted utilizing V. Aiken and field trials employing confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) Second Order. The findings of this study indicate that the diagnostic survey instrument used to assess the learning environment's impact on the mental health of high school students demonstrated validity, as evidenced by loading factor values exceeding the established minimal threshold. The reliability of the instrument remains insufficient. This survey can be utilized to detect adolescent persistent tendencies carried out by students or other school members that interfere with mental health: the emergence and significant raising of juvenile delinquency.
Marinyo is a culture left by the Portuguese around the 15th century in Maluku. The purpose of this study was to find out to what extent students' misconceptions about the concept of sound in the Marinyo case in the Kepuluan Tanimbar Regency. The method used was a qualitative study in ethnography in ten villages in two sub-districts. In addition, they conducted a survey in the form of a diagnostic test in the form of questions related to the Marinyo case on 300 elementary school students. The findings in the field show that students experience relatively high misconceptions. It was because teachers did not accustom students to learn from natural phenomena around them and were given scientific questions to seek, find and provide answers and solutions related to these natural phenomena. The teacher was more pursuing the conditions and problems of physics in textbooks and less exploring contextual matters. Future researchers are suggested to develop physics or science teaching materials based on regional local advantages that are oriented towards understanding concepts, mental models, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity and innovative thinking so that teachers and students can learn well so that knowledge of science becomes better.

Formative assessment is an evaluative practice developed in the classroom for the improvement of learning using evidence on student progression. The objective of this research is to compare sample groups from multigrade and single-grade classrooms on the theme of formative assessment based on the students' opinion of the teacher's performance. The method used was a comparative quantitative method. The sample type is a probability sample of 683 students from 5th to 8th grade from urban and rural schools in the commune of Longaví, located in the Maule Region of Chile. A validated Likert scale questionnaire with a high level of reliability (α = 0.93) was used. The results of the research showed that, in the six dimensions, the best teacher performance concerning formative assessment is found in multi-grade schools and not in single-grade schools. This can be explained on the basis of several reasons, among them the level of adaptability that teachers have in this type of classroom, the heterogeneous characteristics of the classroom (different ages and learning goals) and the need for teachers to monitor the learning progression of students with different classroom characteristics.

Adaptive online learning can be realized through the evaluation of the learning process. Monitoring and supervising learners’ cognitive levels and adjusting learning strategies can increasingly improve the quality of online learning. This analysis is made possible by real-time measurement of learners’ cognitive levels during the online learning process. However, most of the currently used techniques for evaluating cognitive levels rely on labour-intensive and time-consuming manual coding. In this study, we explore the machine learning (ML) algorithms and taxonomy of Bloom’s cognitive levels to explore features that affect learner’s cognitive level in online assessments and the ability to automatically predict learner’s cognitive level and thus, come up with a recommendation or pedagogical intervention to improve learner’s acquisition. The analysis of 15,182 learners’ assessments of a specific learning concept affirms the effectiveness of our approach. We attain an accuracy of 82.21% using ML algorithms. These results are very encouraging and have implications for how automated cognitive-level analysis tools for online learning will be developed in the future.
This systematic literature review (SLR) aimed to investigate the potential of digital online game-based learning (DOGBL) to enhance motivation in English as a foreign language (EFL). Online gaming has grown in popularity among students, opening up the possibility of using games as powerful instructional resources. Academic achievement depends on motivation, and this study, led by self-determination theory (SDT), explored how external rules, like rewards and recognition, could increase motivation in EFL utilizing DOGBL. The study used the SLR method, examining databases and choosing articles based on predetermined criteria. The chosen publications were examined in-depth, and a preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) diagram was employed for analysis. For results, DOGBL could enhance teaching EFL by providing flexible and interesting learning environments. Key elements in motivating in DOGBL included game design, personalization, social engagement, curricular integration, and instructor assistance. As a promising method to improve EFL instruction, game-based learning, especially DOGBL, saw considerable developments between 2018 and 2023. Thus, these ground-breaking techniques transformed the way people learn English vocabulary and provided a fun and engaging way to learn the language. For educators and students, the potential for DOGBL to change EFL education is still exciting as technology develops.
The development of postmodern-era technology in the world of education is increasingly sophisticated, thus impacting the character of students and their social environment. Technological progress negatively affects the lives of today's generation. When misuse of technology is widespread, it is imperative to strengthen cultural and religious filtration. So that the influence of globalization on technological development can be minimized. So as not to damage the cultural values and morality of students as the next generation of the nation. This study aims to explain the importance of transforming the values of Bima's local wisdom "Nggusu Waru" through the media of social studies e-books. The results and conclusions of this study are efforts to develop students' social character that require teacher collaboration, supervision, and optimal parental attention so that their interest in learning is higher and minimizes deviant behavior. This research method uses research and development design. At the stage of preliminary studies with models developed by Borg and Gall. Through several stages of research, information gathering, development of initial forms of products, and initial field testing. In this step, data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The data is analyzed to find out some of its weaknesses and shortcomings.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

One indicator of 21st century skills is collaboration; essential skill students
must acquire in century learning. This study aimed to reveal research trends
over the last three years based on the start of COVID-19 by using content
analysis and reviewing bibliometric results related to articles with
collaboration keywords. For bibliometric mapping analysis, a total of 500
articles were accessed, and for content analysis, 31 articles were selected
between 2019-2021 based on Google Scholar's database corresponding to
the education field study of the research. The results showed that digital
"health education collaboration" was the most searched keyword, while
researchers focused on collaboration in education between 2019-2021. The
most commonly used words in abstracts are teaching, creativity, ability, and
community. It was evident that the latest articles primarily focused on skills.
Bhone Myint Kyaw; AE Kinio is the most cited author in this field. The
most cited journals are the Journal of Medical Internet Research, Journal of

1. INTRODUCTION
One indicator of 21st century skills is the collaboration skills students must acquire in 21st century
learning [1]–[3]. Collaboration is also officially listed in international surveys in providing country
performance rankings by Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) [4].
Collaboration is considered one of the skills a general requirement in the world of work [5]; for example,
collaboration can bridge higher education to clinical and improve the quality of workers [6], [7]. This is also
corroborated by research [8] proven to support interpersonal skills. This is relevant because positive
collaboration experiences can improve skills in interpersonal interactions in the future [9]–[11].
Collaboration can provide an understanding of sharing strengths and weaknesses in groups. Collaboration it
supports individuals in solving the problems they face to achieve their desired goals [12]. The collaboration
consists of two or more individuals who intentionally work together to get something accomplished together.

Learning activities are provided in collaboration; each individual will observe and be aware of social
processes and see the consequences of joint efforts in setting targets set in learning. Collaboration can create
a relationship of interdependence and positive mutual responsibility to encourage greater awareness of the
learning process [13]. These are in sequence with the opinion [14]–[16]. Each individual must know the
group’s responsibilities to improve performance and a strong relationship of collaboration that has been
declared. Collaborative-based learning can improve students' learning motivation as well as learning
achievement and self-efficacy abilities in individuals [17], enjoy learning, and recognize the importance of
learning simultaneously for future careers [18]–[24]. Collaboration is also a means of active learning when
students encounter complex tasks [25]. The difficulty is a significant factor in growing and influencing other
factors. Of course, this must be accompanied by students sharing ideas, collaborating and supporting each
other, and discussing views between individuals to complete what they want to achieve [26]–[28].
The conception of collaboration has been integrated into the learning of many studies aimed at
promoting understanding and implementation to encourage students to collaborate [29], [30]. As well as
encouraging individuals to have more in-depth discussions even online through [31], [32]. Therefore,
collaboration schools are also crucial for the professional learning of teachers and the preparation in
preparing the curriculum [5], [33], [34]. Many review studies on collaboration have implied published in
recent years. However, it is only limited to collaboration in education, generally focused on interdisciplinary
fields that cover a wide range of objects. One of them was researched by Moirano et al. [35] review about
interdisciplinary relating to dual creativity.
This study aims to investigate the use of collaboration in education, between 2019-2021, at the time
of the onset of COVID-19, to see the distribution of variables supporting collaboration in the field of
education. This is relevant to the research conducted by [36]. Collaboration is considered a vital indicator
post COVID-19. This article relates to variables studied, trends in methods used, data collection, sampling
methods, population samples, sample sizes, and data analysis methods. In addition, a bibliometric analysis of
frequently used keywords, the top 10 articles with the highest number of citations, words in the abstract,
author, and country of origin in the last three years, was carried out. All articles are published on
collaboration education from 2019 to 2021, and an overview and presented-Varoanel in the biblio-analysis of
the mapping metrics used by the VOS Viewer program. The study aims to reveal the methodological study
trends in the last three years regarding collaboration. Through the analysis of bibliometric mapping, it is
assumed that the findings of researchers who focus on bibliometric mapping and literature review will make
helpful contributions to future researchers and find opportunities and updates to contribute more. The
research questions created in this study were set by Herzing’s Publish or Perish program with a focus on
metadata sources from the google scientist database; the questions are listed: i) How is the distribution of
keywords frequently used in articles about collaboration in education?; ii) What are the top 10 articles with
the most citations?; iii) How is the distribution of the most frequently used words related to collaboration?;
iv) How is the distribution of the most author citations based on the top 10 articles?; v) What is the
distribution of the country of origin of each author?; vi) What are the methodological trends in articles about
collaboration in education?; and vii) What are the most preferred data collection tools in articles about
collaboration in education?
2. RESEARCH METHOD
2.1. Article selection process for bibliometric analysis
This article was collected related to themes about collaboration in the world of education between
2017-2021 that have been explored. The selected literature sources are from Scopus and the Google Scholar
database. The chosen keywords were "collaboration" and "education" in the topic section, using the advanced
search function on Google. The search found that 31 articles related to collaboration in education were
reviewed (Access date: May 2020). Full text of all downloaded articles. Each piece was analyzed and based
on inclusion and exclusion criteria-addition criteria related to collaboration; inclusion criteria related to the
world of education. In addition, articles that do not match are filtered and excluded. Therefore, the content
analysis includes articles published in 2019-2021.
2.2. Data analysis
In writing this article, the analysis used is a bibliometric analysis using Pop software [37], [38].
Then use Vos’s viewer software to visualize bibliometric networks [39]. The software can work efficiently
by collecting extensive data and providing unique visuals, analyses, and investigations [40]. Vos’s viewer
can create publication maps, author maps based on shared citations, and keyword maps. In addition, this
study presents classifications based on [41] used to analyze the selected articles. This analysis consists of
methodological trends and a data collection tool. Then the result will then be a descriptive statistic used to
present and analyze the research results.

4. DISCUSSION
This research shows the trend of the most frequently used research methods in the last three years,
based on bibliometric results in collaboration skills. The results of the bibliometric study in Figures 1 and 2
show that the most searched and used keyword is 'Collaboration.' In addition, there are 'impact' and
'development.' The study results show that most articles focus on skills and development. This finding aligns
with the trend of must-have skills in the 21st century; specifically, skill enhancement can improve students'
collaboration skills [43]. This finding emphasizes that research related to 21st-century skills has increased
yearly. Researchers in the field of education have recognized the learning potential formed through
collaboration in the classroom [44], [45]. Research by [46], [47] recommends that collaboration can improve
students' learning outcomes. In recent years collaboration arrangements have made collaborative
deployments quite common all over the world [26], [27], [48].
The findings are in Table 1. The top 10 citations show that the average with complete sources comes
from the publishers jmir.org' and 'Elsevier. This confirms that the publisher is the largest and most
recognized today. In Figures 3-4, it is known that the visualization on each item represents the words that are
sought after. However, the word 'collaboration' looks green, meaning that these words have not been studied

much and still need much research in developing this research field in Figure 5. The analysis of the co-
authors shows that 'Kyaw bm' is the author with the most contact with others. This is not surprising because
they are probably the primary authors of the field of education. The results of the analysis of the distribution
of authors by country are in Figure 6. This shows that, on average, the authors have spread throughout the
world, but for most countries, they are still around the 'European' continent. These content analysis findings,
Figure 7. Quantitative studies (53%) are the most widely used method in the last three years. This is because
the quantitative method allows most researchers to test the effect of collaboration on other variables
objectively. Further results support this assumption that qualitative (26%), mixed-method (5%), and
experiment-literature review (16%) are the most preferred research methods. Quantitative methods are a
favorite of researchers in use because quantitative methods can save time and costs. The mixed-method is
deficient because it indicates that this study is difficult to do and takes more time [49]. Qualitative research is
second favorite and most widely used. This is due to the increasing tendency to use quantitative and mixed
studies in recent years [50], [51].
The findings are presented in Figure 8. It shows that the most frequently used data collection tools
are questionnaires (48%), interviews (22%), documentation (13%), surveys (4%), and literature reviews 4%.
The tendency to use quantitative partly results in most of the data being collected using questionnaires, so it
is not surprising that research is a widely used data collection method. The use of interviews increased in
2019-2020. These findings are in order with research conducted by [52]. The most widely used data
collectors are interviews [50]. However, it all goes back to factors that cause differences, such as the
database, study variables, and methods used.
5. CONCLUSION
Overall, this study showed that "21st-century skill, problem, and implementation" has become the
most studied variable in the article. Some suggestions based on the findings of this study the authors present:
i) This research only includes 31 articles filtered based on education; this is limited. It will be more complex
if, in the future, researchers can add a large number; ii) This study only discusses one skill variable in the
21st century; it may be more useful in the future if other researchers can add and compare other skill
variables; iii) This research only comes to the use of data collection methods and tools. It will be more in-
depth if future researchers can discuss more deeply, such as samples and populations; iv) This research only
focuses on the last three years. Recommend for those who will come to summarize more than three years of
investigation to be able to discuss in-depth.
