The Furniture Bank saw significant improvements across key performance indicators after implementing changes. They increased the number of clients served each month from less than 100 to 200, and the amount of recycled furniture per month grew from 35 to 60.5 metric tonnes. Appointments changed from a 6-8 week wait to being available the same week. Inventory management and record keeping became computerized and electronic, improving storage and efficiency. New supply sources were also developed and maintained.
