This document describes two traditional games, Foot still and Sack-race. Foot still is played with 8 players where one player in the center throws a ball and names another player who must catch it before it bounces and then take three steps to pass it. Sack-race requires 4 players to get in sacks and hop to cross the finish line first without breaking or falling out of the sack.

Is painted on the floor a circle large that all players
can be on the circle line.Inside a player with the ball
in his hands.

and they catch with his hands.
DESCRIPTION:
The center player throws the ball up, name a players
around him. The named player must catch the ball
before it bounces on the floor and the other players
must move away from the circle farthest. When the
player catch the ball and tell feet still have to take
three steps and give it to another player with the ball.
DESCRIPTION:
Children should move jumping without breaking sack
or falling sack. The first reach the finish win.
