This document discusses 9 things the author is ready to live without: anxiety, online games, nightmares, laziness, overthinking, stress, depression, panic attacks. For each item, the author briefly explains how it affects them and what they do to overcome or lessen its impact, such as writing in a journal, asking for help from family, yoga, eating healthy, and facing fears.
1. 9 THINGS THAT I’M

2. ANXIETY
• Mostly during such times I don’t feel like interacting with
anyone- thinking that nobody will really understand how i feel
or i really felt. It’s great if I can talk it out and rant everything
going on in my mind to someone who cares to listen. Taking it
all out really helps me. But I’m really not comfortable with
addressing it with anyone or to someone , but sometimes i
tried writting it all down in a notebook and wrote all my
thoughts that goes through my mind lessen my anxiety. Once I
take it all out after that I will feel relieved.
3. ONLINE GAMES
• When the pandemic started i got addicted to online games
sometimes i can’t sleep if I haven’t played it once or twice and tha
game is called Call of Duty Mobile (CODM) is the reason sometimes i
realize don’t pay attention anymore to what my mom always tells me
to do. I really got interested in it because of it’s good
quality,characters and the awesome weapons I always get until I
realized playing doesn’t help me because sometimes i can’t pay
attentions to others until my mom told me to stop playing CODM in a
month because it can distract me with m studies so agreed to what
she said and after a month. I got used to not playing CODM anymore
and without it i can now concentrate again to m assignments and
other things to do that a have to enjoy more than the online games.
4. NIGHTMARES
• I’m always afraid to go to sleep if the light we’re always off
that’s why i would stay awake as long as i could but in the end,
I fell asleep and my nightmares began like in my dreams
sometimes i was getting killed or being chased by something
so to lessen my nighmares i always think positive and ang I
always pray to remove my fear and be brave to face that bad
dreams
5. LAZINESS
• I always have this laziness thingy when i’m really tired I always
sleeps a lot and just wake up to eat lunch or dinner and go
back to sleep again and I always think about how to over come
this laziness of mine so i always ask my lola or lolo how can i
help them because i’m doing nothing just sitting and it’s kinda
boring if im gonna sit and watch them doing something so i
ask them to let me do the other chores and help them carry
heavy things.
6. OVERTHINKING
• I always have this overthinking everywhere i go because i don’t
like other people gossips things about me behind my back and
my overthinking sometimes worries me “What if they hate me?”,
“Are they feeling uncomfortable if I’m with them?” because i
don’t want other to hate me so then after that overthinking. I
got an idea i told my self how about I ask them what they don’t
like and what they like about me. I always do yoga to keep my
mind in peace and calm to lessen my overthinking so that my
health won’t be affected.
7. STRESS
• Stress or Depression sometimes can cause a suicide to people I
also have stress but i’m try my best to remove the stress and
think positive, ea lots of fruits ang vegetables to lessen the
stress that we always give to our bbody and brain to overthink.
This time gave my self a challenge to get rid of my stress that
i’m ready to live without stress.
8. DEPRESSION
• Depression is like stress depression is when someone have
been spaced out and sometimes can’t even talk but sometimes
we really can’t stop other’s with their depression. Depression
affects our health so much just like stress it can give a problem
to our family and it can cause an illness. For me every time i
feel that my depression is coming i’ll always tell my family my
problems and my reasons and telling them the story about how
it all started because every time I share it with someone my
depression goes down because of their advice and good vibes
to let go of my depression that i can live without them
9. PANIC ATTACK
• Sometimes i have this panic attacks when i have to perform infront of
the stage,going somewhere then strangers we’re staring then they’ll
just talk even if i don’t know them for the first time i had my panic
attack sometimes it causes me for having a hard time breathing
because of the panic that I’ve been feeling forgot how to breathe and
my knees we’re weak to stand strainght. Because I don’t feel
comfortable around them so some of my other close friends says to
get rid of the panic attacks is that i have to remain calm and ignore
the strangers that we’re blabbering about and just think positive
every time and every where you go we must let someone to come
with us so that he/she can help yoi to avoid and lessen having of
being scared.
