Worcester East Middle School has Mrs. Dawkins as principal and Mr. Wells and Ms. Bussing as assistant principals. The school uses Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to promote a positive culture with expectations of showing respect, taking responsibility, acting appropriately, and being ready to learn. The school offers various afterschool programs, clubs, and sports teams as well as programs to encourage college readiness such as AVID and GEAR UP.
