This document describes a 7-step exercise called the "Seven Steps of New Life" that moves energy through 7 levels of the body. The exercise improves balance and treats conditions like arthritis and cold extremities. It involves imagining energy entering through the navel on inhalation and being pushed out through the toes on exhalation, then moving the energy up to the next level on subsequent breaths through all 7 levels of the body and back to the navel. Hands are used to guide the energy flow and the eyes are closed with the tongue on the roof of the mouth during the meditation. Pregnant women should avoid it as the energy movement may disturb the baby.
