3. Thirty steps to be followed
Importance of “Clap Yoga”
• 1. Find a comfortable pose—Sitting, standing or
lying.
• 2. Turn off the mobile phones for half-an-hour.
• 3. Moisturise the meditation room by using
humidifier if the air is too dry. Make your fingers
wet before starting “Clap Yoga”. Play some
soothing music, but not essential.
• 4. In “Clap Yoga” all your fingers must strike first
and later your both the palms to create a clap
sound.
5. Importance of “Bioplasmic
channels”
• 5. While you do “Clap Yoga” the
“Bioplasmic Channels” open-up in
your fingertips through which the
“Bioplasmic matter”, called as
“Prana” or “Holy Spirit” or “Chi”
starts flowing through your fingertips
from the Cosmic Ether, surrounding
you.
7. Importance of Rolling of tongue to
“switch on” the “Bioplasmic button”
• 6. Move the tongue forward and
backward, right and left like a piston and
let the tongue rest at a comfortable
position.
• 7. Close your eyes and roll your tongue
upward to touch the back part of the
hard palate where invisible, subtle
“Bioplasmic button” is situated.
8. Raise your arms up in the air and
form a “Lotus pose”
• 8. Raise your arms up in the air a little above
your shoulder level for about ten minutes.
• 9. Open your fingers pointing upward like lotus
petals and make a shallow bowl. This is called as
“lotus pose”.
• 10. Your arms will be tired and you will feel
tingling sensation in all your ten fingertips due to
back flow of blood as the pull of gravity works
and the pranic channels will be opened–up
gradually.
10. Repeat the following phrase
• 11. Phrase: “Oh God! or Pranic energy or
Universal Intelligence, please descend in
my subconscious mind and heart
through my fingertips.
• 12. Repeat loudly for 10 times, once for
each fingertip. Pay attention and bring
your awareness consciously towards your
fingertips.
11. Happy thoughts create happy water

13. How to 1. Think
• 13. Right hand: First think about the index finger
and repeat loudly the phrase given above. Shift
your attention to the middle finger, ring finger, then
little finger and finally to the thumb with the
repetition of the phrase each time. Slightly move the
finger in and out each time to confirm the awareness
to open-up the Bioplasmic channels.
Left hand: Now repeat the above mentioned
sequence for the left hand also. Again repeat for
another five times. This time mentally.
14. How to 2. Visualize
• 13. Visualize and feel that Bioplasmic energy
channels are opening in all your fingertips.
• 14. Ensure that your fingertips don’t touch
each other. Feel the tingling and pulsating
sensation.
• 15. Move about the fingers and bring your
tired arms down to your shoulder level. Move
back and forth only slightly. Remain in this
position for about ten minutes.
15. Try to touch the God!
• 16. The Bioplasmic channel network is
already exists in your body, you just have to
turn it ‘on’.
• 17. If tired, you can rest your arms on your
lap, but don’t touch the bare skin if you are
wearing shorts. Cover your skin by using a
towel.
• 18. Make sure that your fingers remain
upward in the lotus pose always.
16. Precautionary steps
• 19. Short circuiting takes place, if you touch your
skin and you start feeling your own energy and as
a result further drawing of Pranic energy stops.
• 20. Meditate only for 15 minutes, twice a day in
the beginning to become used to of Pranic
energy.
• 21. As soon as you raise your arms, the energy
channels start opening and become fully active
after about 4-6 weeks.
17. Use the energy or else lose it !
• 22. It takes time to assimilate the extra
energy.
• 23. As you use the energy, it continuously
flows more in your life, but if you don’t use it
after meditation, it stagnates and finally stops
flowing altogether as it happens in a
rechargeable battery.
18. 3.Transmit and 4. Apologize
• 23. Follow the rest of the steps of my book i.e.
Transmit, Apologize, Believe and Receive.
Transmit the previously thought and visualized
image of (Bioplasmic energy channels are
opening in all your fingertips) to the Universal
Intelligence. The Third Eye, called as God Spot
(Pineal Gland) becomes active to transmit the
visualized image of Pranic Energy.
Apologize for any mistake committed knowingly
or unknowingly.
19. 5. Believe and 6. Receive
• 24. Believe in the process of Interactive Pranic
Meditation.
Pay more attention to this step and repeat 10
times that, “I believe.” This step will activate your
third eye and consequently will overcome the
negativity.
Receive and feel that all the ten Bioplasmic
channels have opened-up in your fingertips and
the Pranic (Capital ‘P’) energy has manifested as
prana (small ‘p’) in all your seven plexuses. You
are energized.
20. 7. Thank
• 25. If your hands are resting on
your legs or are hanging down,
raise them again for the last
step of this meditation and say
“Thank you Pranic energy or
God.”
21. What is the proof?
• 26. If you concentrate on your hanging, relaxed
arms, the jerky movements start in all the ten
fingers which are still raised-up. The palms will
start moving-up gradually. Then the movements
will be observed in your lower arms, raising-up
automatically and then in the muscles of your
upper arms, finally your fingers will reach to your
shoulders. You will notice the subtle, fine, thread
like fields of energy pulling your tendons
upward and you will be forced to believe the
worknig of the Pranic energy.
32. Hot, blue colored water is mixed with the cold, yellow colored water to develop
green colored water with moderate temperature in the middle container when the
water is allowed to flow in both the directions by opening both the valves. Same
phenomenon occurs in our bodies. Higher positive energy transfers from the body of
a positive person towards the lower negative energy of a negative person and vice
versa. Thus both are affected.
33. How to destress or discharge
the negative energy
Small miracles will take place with you due to working of the law of
attraction.
. 26. Set your goal daily. It could be gaining of health, wealth, prosperity,
happiness to your life and even to achieve salvation.
. 27. Once you master the technique, you can direct your fingertips to
all parts of your body, particularly the head or towards a person
who needs it badly.
. 28. You can discharge your surplus energy into a water filled
pot, kept near you by dipping your fingertips into it or else
by touching any living organic matter like flowers or leaves
or directing the energy towards a lighted lamp or burning
candle. All negative energy will flow into the natural objects.
Just throw away the water or discard the plant parts.
34. Look at the leaf receiving and
transmitting the negative energy.
35. Method of discharging stress
• 29. And repeat the following phrase, the one
which we used earlier: Phrase: “Oh God! or
Pranic energy or Universal Intelligence,
please descend in my subconscious mind and
heart through my fingertips, make me
healthy by taking away my stress”. After
repeating the phrase, direct your fingertips
towards a source of water, plant or a burning
candle.
36. Method of discharging negative
thoughts and sickness
• 30. Phrase: “Oh God! or Pranic energy or
Universal Intelligence, please descend in my
subconscious mind and heart through my
fingertips, make me healthy by taking away
my negative thoughts or sickness”. After
repeating the phrase, direct your fingertips
towards a source of water, plant or a burning
candle.
