This document provides guidelines and requirements for assignments in an educational evaluation course. It outlines 10 stages of developing an action research design project over the semester through assignments, presentations, and revisions. Students are expected to complete 80% of the assignments to receive an automatic B+ grade. The instructor aims to create a dialogue with students through commenting on written work and requesting revisions to further develop students' thinking. Additional learning tools include maintaining a personal development workbook, submitting clippings and annotations, peer reviewing, and participating in class activities and discussions to build a learning community.
