The company’s sales for the month of July 2011 stood at 13,012 units. Total cumulative sales from April to July 2011 stood at 45,288 units, a growth of 15% over the same period last year when the sales stood at 39,291 units. This equates to a growth of 8% Year on Year for the month of July.
MTWL continues to grow and now has a market share of 39% in the 125cc scooter segment – a milestone achieved in just two years. The 125cc segment is the fastest growing segment in scooters as more and more consumers move to higher powered scooters due to the changing profile of the urban landscape and faster moving traffic.

Mahindra stable manoeuvring the challenging route. Mahindra customers from Hyderabad and its
neighbouring areas participated in the rally. The Hyderabad event received an overwhelming response
from offroading enthusiasts, leaving everyone asking for more.
The rally was flagged off at 9:30 am from Kart Cave, Snow World, Lower Tank Bund Road, opposite
Expotel Hotel, Hyderabad. Iconic Mahindra SUVs such as the Scorpio, Bolero, Getaway, Legend, Major
and Classic negotiated an arduous, undulating and rocky route of almost 110 kms. The off-road track was
close to NH9.

off roader‟s delight and gave Mahindra customers an idea of the tough and enduring nature of Mahindra

In essence, Mahindra Great Escapes are meant to be pure off-roading events in a convoy, designed to

the Mahindra Great Escapes initially used to be small one-day events, but now they have evolved into
