The participating entities of the work space management system are work space owners, an admin and the users. The admin or his manager can put the owners’ work space facilities on rent basis to the client organisations through a work space management system app. The details of work space facilities can include property details along with pics, location and other items like office space, furniture, conference hall with its seating capacity, canteen, gym, medical room, power backup, etc. The user can search for a specific location, can also check the pics, book the office space and conference hall, or can inform about maintenance issue via mail, website or App. User can also look for the reviews and feedbacks from other clients about the selected or liked property.
