Luke created a spooky background for a horror game with a tree without leaves, graveyard, and an abandoned house overgrown with vines and a skeleton at the window. He had the character enter the house and go underground into a dungeon. Luke animated a fight between the character and skeleton, making the sword swings look more realistic with wind effects. After the skeleton was killed, the character celebrated and climbed a ladder, then "You win" appeared when he left the screen.
2. Process
• I started out by making the
background and the game
was horror so I aimed for a
darks setting. I made a tree
without leaves and a grave
yard to make it feel more
spooky and when the
character came across the
abandoned house I made it
so the house had vines all
over it, I also made the
skeleton stand at the
window to make it have
more of a spooky feeling to
it
3. Process
• Then I went onto
making the
character what I
made go in the
house and I made
it feel better by
getting closer so it
looked better
rather then
zoomed out
4. Process
• Then I made it so
the house went
underground by
making the
background look
like dirt and went
down another level
into a dungeon like
floor
5. Process
• Then I made the
fight between the
character and the
skeleton. I made the
sword swing more
realistic by making
the sword have a
kind of wind strike
to it so I think that
made the fight
better.
6. Process
• After that I made the
character celebrate
when he had killed the
skeleton and then
moved onto a new
rom where there was a
ladder and the
character climbed up it
and then when the
character went off the
screen I wrote in blod
letters you win.
