This document summarizes the role of mentors in supporting entrepreneurs. It discusses Youth Business International's mentoring program, which has been implemented in Russia through the Youth Business Russia initiative. The program provides training to mentors and matches them with entrepreneurs to help improve their skills and increase the chances of business success. Over several years, the program has expanded across Russia and helped many entrepreneurs, with some mentees going on to receive awards for their businesses. Mentors play an important role in developing entrepreneurs' skills and supporting business sustainability.

— Mentors and mentees exchange their experience and inspire mentors and mentees
between YBR regions
— Published mentoring promotional brochure
— Conducted All Russia Forum on Mentoring in Entrepreneurship, December 2, 2013,
RF Ministry of Economy, Moscow
— YBR was a partner of Global Entrepreneurship Congress 2014 in Moscow and arranged panel
discussion “Mentoring: the Role in Entrepreneurship Development”, as well as the speeches by
leading international experts in mentoring.
