This document provides a recipe for Vassilopita (Santa Claus Cake), an Greek New Year's cake. The ingredients include 6 cups of flour, 6 eggs, 2 cups of sugar, 3/4 cups of butter, 1 small cup of brandy, 3 tsp baking powder, the juice from a medium orange and its rind. The instructions are to whisk the eggs and sugar, add the butter, brandy, orange juice and rind. Fold in the flour, egg whites and other wet ingredients. Bake the wrapped coin in the batter in a greased pan at medium heat for 1 hour. Sprinkle icing sugar on top when done.
