Students will go home on their AM
route
If an alternate location is required,
please notify your child’s grade level
office as soon as possible
Parent pick up may not be an option
given the circumstances, so plan for
your child to ride the bus

45-minute delays every Wednesday-
-school starts at 9:00.
2-hour delays for weather—school
starts at 10:15
3-hour delays for weather—school
starts at 11:15 and ends at 4:30

Deposit lunch money into account at school or
online
Use student ID card to purchase lunch--If lost, ID
replacement cost is $5.00
There is no credit or temporary ID card
Sandwich and milk are available free
Using your card to buy a friends lunch can get
expensive
Regular lunch costs $2.05
Buying a second lunch costs $2.90
Extra items can get expensive
Breakfast costs $1.30

15. Medications
All medications must be brought in by
parent/guardian
Parent/guardian must fill out request for administering
medication forms (one for over the counter and one
for any prescription medications)
All medications must be in the original container and
have a current expiration date
Tylenol (50 tablets) and/or Ibuprofen (25 tablets) may
be purchased for $1.00
Insurance available
16. Immunizations
Immunizations must be completed prior to
1st day of school
Grace period of 20 days
Could result in exclusion if not up to date
according to state guidelines
19. Sports Physicals
Completed every school year
Completed after April 1
May 9, 8:00-11:00 am – Parkview Medical Plaza
May be turned in to school nurse any time
Examined by a medical doctor or doctor of
osteopath (cannot be completed by a chiropractor-
IHSAA rule)
If child is injured, a note is needed directing school
about limitations and date to return to full activity

You need to have a separate check for each different item purchased.
