This document establishes how to handle payment processor reconciliation for

4.0 Contact Information
Policy: 1) The merchant account is <https://report.oreader.com/>.
2) Cris Gosling-Tang, the Merchant Support Manager, can be reached at
+852 2851 0842 and by fax at +852 2851 0143.
3) Griting support is based out of Hong Kong which is +15 hours from
PST.
1) Full Tilt Poker’s daily deposit limit is currently between $40,000 -
$45,000
It is reset daily at 01:00 HK Time (10:00am PST).
2) All Griting deposits are automatically declined and enter a
‘ProcessingFailed’ state once this limit is reached.
At that time, all further credit card deposits should be
processed via Gateway.
3) Raise an Orange Alert if the limit is reached.
5.0 A) Checking the Daily Limit
Procedure: 1) Go to <https://report.oreader.com/>.
2) Login with the User ID and Password
3) Select “Sales reports”

4) Select “Sales overview” from the dropdown
5) Select “Create report”
B) Deposit Transaction Search
1) Go to <https://report.oreader.com/>.
2) Login with the User ID and Password
3) Select “Search”
4) Enter Transfer Ix into “Merchant Transaction ID”
5) Click “Search” button
6) Click on the Transaction ID number to see full details of the transaction
C) ProcessingFailed Deposits
1) Open the “Deposit” queue in WAT
2) It is important to check the status of the transaction and that
Merchant Transaction ID matches the Transfer IX
a) Verified
Enter the Trans ID (i.e. 900065512) as “Auth Code 1”
Leave “Auth Code 2” field blank
Notate “Griting DEP: Verified by processor.”
Select “Accept Deposit”
b) Declined
Fail the transaction in WAT
Notate “Griting DEP: Declined by processor.”
c) Not Found on Griting Site
Fail the transaction in WAT
Notate “Griting DEP: not found on processor
site.”
D) Contacting the Processor
1) Send inquiries to <andy.cheung@hsi-macau.com> and CC:
<support@gritingltd.com> from the <Operations@fulltiltpoker.com>
email address.
a) If the email bounces back, send it from your Tiltproof address, CC
operations, and specify in body to reply to
<Operations@fulltiltpoker.com>.
