7. GFY Platform - How It Works?
• Client company has full access to the platform
(login and password for users) for FREE;
• You can search for a new consultant from more
than 1,200 consultants in platform, with
availability up to 30 or 60 days;
• You can open a new position, which will be
announced and filled within 30 to 60 days;
• All process of scheduling interviews, hiring and
current payments will online on the platform
including evaluation.

8. GFY Platform - Search for Consultants
• Consultants go through a rigorous
online and in-person selection process;
• Each consultant available will have a
SCORE for comparison and initial filter,
which reflects the assessments made by
previous clients and GFY itself;
• Usually higher SCOREs have a higher
rate / day. But pricing is consultant
responsibility in platform.

• Client company may not find a suitable
existing profile and open their own
position on the platform;
• GFY advertises the vacancy on its digital
channels and on the platform itself for 15
days;
• Company sets the daily rate, guided by
GFY Artificial Intelligence that analyses all
placements and suggests an ideal rate to
business within the positions vs profile;
