АНАЛИЗ СВОИХ ДЕЛ ПО МЕТОДУ АВС ВЫ МОЖЕТЕ ОСУЩЕСТВЛЯТЬ СЛЕДУЮЩИМ

1. Составьте список всех предстоящих дел в соответствующем периоде времени (квартал, месяц,
неделя, день) дел.
2. Систематизируйте задачи по их важности, установите очередность дел в соответствии с их
значением для Вас (приоритетность).
Не забывайте о том, что срочность принципиально не имеет ничего общего с важностью или
значимостью соответствующей задачи.
3. Оцените Ваши задачи в соответствии с категориями А (самые главные дела, приоритетные),В
(важные дела),С (не существенные дела).
4. Перепроверьте свой временный план на соответствие выделенного Вами времени значению
задач:
• 65% запланированного времени – дела группы А;
• 20% запланированного времени – дела группы В;
• 15% запланированного времени – дела группы С.

• Выполняя какие дела я наиболее приближаюсь к реализации главных целей (целей года,
месяца, недели, дня)?

плане), наибольшее денежное вознаграждение?
