Growing spiritually is co-partnering with the Holy Spirit to transform us by removing the veil and revealing the glory (Christ) that is within us. Growing deep in faith spiritual involves two components, three dimensions and four principles.
Genuine Christian Faith, is to believe in everything God has said and done in His written Word: the Bible. It is to believe Jesus Christ died on the Cross of Calvary to save whomever would like to be saved. It is to trust in God all the time. It is to live according to what the Bible says: “The just shall live by faith” Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 10:38.

This is a study of Jesus being the only name by witch we can be saved. It is the narrow way and the only way. All other ways will end in failure. He alone can save, and no other can.
An easy PowerPoint presentation to use when doing new converts discipleship classes. Very helpful in teaching new converts to understand what it means to be a child of God.
This is a study of Jesus being the one and only. He is not just a way of salvation, but the only way of salvation. No other name will do. We can only be saved by trusting Him as Savior.
The rebirth experience marks the beginning of the Christian life and a new, living connection to Christ. From Bondage to Freedom is an effective aid in obtaining this experience. It clearly shows just what we can expect from God and how we can cooperate with Him in forming a Christ-like character. For those who are struggling with problems in their own life which they seem unable to overcome, as well as for those who have come to accept their character defects, this booklet will prove to be an eye-opener. The editor tells of his own experience and invites the reader to take God at His word and experience the power of the gospel.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
1. The steps toSalvation - 4th May 2016
“Salvationisfoundinno one else, for there is no other name under heaven givento mankindby
whichwe must be saved.” (Acts4:12.
Eventodaymany people are looking tolearnthe required stepstoachieve salvation.People like the
ideaof an instructionmanual withfive stepsthat,if followed, willresultinsalvation.Anexampleof this
isIslamwithitsFive Pillars.AccordingtoIslam, if the Five Pillarsare obeyed, salvationwillbe granted.
Because the ideaof a step-by-stepprocesstosalvationisappealing,manyinthe Christiancommunity
make the mistake of presentingsalvationasaresultof a step-by-stepprocess.RomanCatholicismhas
sevensacraments.
VariousChristiandenominationsaddbaptism, publicconfession,turningfromsin,speakingintongues,
etc.,as stepsto salvation. Butthe Bible onlypresentsone stepto salvation and that is Christjesusour
saviour. We can learnthisin Acts 4:12, “Salvationisfoundinnoone else, for there is noother name
under heaven givento mankindby whichwe must be saved.”We can learnof an incidentwhena
Philippians’ jaileraskedPaul, “WhatmustI do to be saved?” Paul responded,“Believe inthe LordJesus
Christand youwill be saved. We can learn thisinActs 16:30-31, “He then broughtthem out and asked,
“Sirs,what mustI doto be saved?”31
Theyreplied,“Believein the Lord Jesus, and youwill be saved—
you andyour household.”
FaithinJesusChristas one’sSavioristhe only“step”to salvation. The message of the Bible is
abundantlyclear. We can geta clearlyunderstandwhenwe readand meditate onthe following:First
we must all knowthatwe have all sinnedagainstGod:“…forall havesinnedand fall short ofthe glory
of God” (Romans3:23). Secondlywe mustknow thatbecause of our sin,we deserve tobe eternally
separatedfromGod:“For the wages of sinis death, but the giftof Godis eternal lifein ChristJesus our
Lord”(Romans6:23). Thirdlythe reasonwhyHe didthis is because of Hislove forus: “ForGodso loved
the world that he gave hisone and onlySon, that whoever believesin him shall notperish but have
eternal life”(John3:16).
Fourthlywe knowthat God took onhuman formand diedinourplace, takingthe punishmentthatwe
deserve:“ButGoddemonstrateshisown love forus in this: Whilewe were still sinners,Christdied for
us. (Romans5:8); Fifthly We learnasto the reasonfor doingso and the way He didthissacrifice forour
sake, whenwe read2 Corinthians5:21, “Godmadehim whohad no sinto be sinfor us, sothat in him
we might become the righteousnessofGod”. The sixthisthat God promisesforgivenessof sinsand
eternal life inheaventoall whoreceive, bygrace throughfaith,JesusChristasSavior: “ Yetto all who
didreceive him,to those who believed inhis name,he gavethe rightto become childrenofGod—
(John1:12). We can alsolearn throughJohn 5:24, “Very trulyI tell you, whoever hears my word and
believes himwho sent me has eternal lifeand will not be judgedbut has crossedover fromdeath to
life”.
Therefore asChristianswe mustknowthatitis notabout certainstepswe mustfollow toearn
salvation…buttoread,learn,understand,meditate andbegintohave faithinJesusChristasone’sLord
and saviour. Whensomeone decidesto“getrightwithGod,” part of the “outwardsign”of accepting

we cannot inany sense earnsalvation. We couldfollow 1000 steps, andit wouldnotbe enough. That is
whyJesushad to be the atoningsacrifice and die inour place. We are absolutelyincapableof payingour
sindebtto God or cleansingourselves completely fromsin.OnlyGodcouldaccomplishoursalvation,
and so He did.God Himself completedthe “steps”andtherebyofferssalvationtoanyone whowill
receive itfromHim.We Can learnin Titus2:11, “Forthe grace ofGod hasappeared that offers
salvationtoall people”.
Salvationandforgivenessof sinsisnotaboutfollowingsteps.ItisaboutreceivingChristas one’s Savior
and recognizingthatHe has done all of the work forus. God requires “only one step”fromus…to
