• Document merge –Convert and combine proposals,
presentations, images, and other documents into
one compact Adobe PDF file
• Review management -create a list of reviewers and
track whether feedback is received
• Accurate comments -Indicate text edits such as
insertions, deletions, and replacements
• Comment summaries - Gather comments into one
document
