This document proposes a project to develop e-Education for All by taking into account the four pillars of education as defined in the Delors report: learning to know, learning to do, learning to live together, and learning to be. The project would create educational tools, strategies, and services to enhance e-Education and make it accessible globally using ICTs. It would involve experimenting with concrete actions at the local, distance, and policymaker levels and disseminating the results to contribute to Education for All goals.
