Stratizon is a veteran owned small business (VOSB)
and has successfully completed three projects for the
US Navy addressing critical human resource issues
such as processing new recruits, active personnel
transfers, and reserve personnel reactivations.
These projects tested and validated our technology
platform under the strictest of circumstances, and
showcased the flexibility and adaptability in our
delivered solution.

Service Description - The contract solution
utilized an innovative web-portal solution called the
TurboVet™ System. Using proven Lean Six Sigma
methodology, this system applied our unique
Intelligent User Interface (IUI™) technology to the
Veterans Claim process. The solution provided a
simple, accurate, complete, and secure capability
for veterans, veteran representatives, and employees
to easily manage complex administrative event
processes involving data and documents.
Commander Naval Installations Command - August 2006

Service Description - The contract solution utilized Lean Six
Sigma to streamline the Permanent Change of Station (PCS)
“transfer” process for Personnel Support Attachment (PSA) West
in San Diego, CA. PSA West is one of four global commands
responsible for US Navy personnel administration.

Service Description - The contract solution utilized
Lean Six Sigma to improve the process cycle time for the check-in
and check-out processes at Navy Boot Camp RTC
(Recruit Training Command), located in Great Lakes, Illinois.
The throughput of this command is approximately 53,000 students
a year which results in over 105,000 check-in/check-out
transactions each year.
US Naval Reserve - September 2003

Service Description - The contract solution developed an
IUI using Six Sigma methodologies for reserve personnel being
“gained” into the Navy Reserve. The pilot was completed
successfully and our technology platform was validated by
SPAWAR ITC, (Space & Warfare Command InformationTechnology
Center) of New Orleans.

The Vision System™ presents the Intelligent User
Interface (IUI™) onscreen and seamlessly integrates into
an organization’s portal strategy. The Vision System was
developed using J2EE, open-standards XML software
technologies. The solution is IT agnostic and can integrate
with multiple web server, application server and database
server architectures and can be seamlessly presented
under any customer website or portal. The Vision System
meets all Federal Enterprise Architecture guidelines.

Using Lean Six Sigma consulting and project
management services, we help our customers define their
IUI requirements, establish performance measurements
to align with their corporate strategy, explore new ideas
for process improvement or transformation, and enable
them to accurately assess the effectiveness of our
solution for their customers and organization to deliver
