This document provides instructions for students to evaluate the contributions of their group members on a wiki project. Students are asked to list each group member and provide a comment assessing their level of participation from the options given. Comments include "Never logged on", "Logged on/did nothing", "Acceptable contribution", and "Superior contribution". Students are also allowed to provide their own specific comments and examples to justify their evaluations. The form should then be submitted through the assignment drop box once completed.

This first peer evaluation will be general in nature. Simply place your team members in the
Group Member Name column. Place the appropriate comment from the four suggested.
There will be another Peer Evaluation near the end of the semester. For that Peer
Evaluation you will actually suggest a grade. The overwhelming majority of students are
active and involved in the Wiki. A very few have not logged on or are inactive. Hopefully,
the team members have made a serious effort to organize themselves. This first Peer
Evaluation is designed to identify those students who need coaching or assistance. Once
complete place the Peer Evaluation in the course Assignment Drop Box.
