2. Process
• In the screenshot to the left is the first
experiment which I made which is really bad
in my opinion because I had forgot what
sizes I had to make the Photoshop file as I
instead of using Width 120 and height 80
and these where the incorrect proportions
which made the image blurry.
• I found this out half through making my
experiment so I decided to stop trying to
make this better instead I started to work on
a new experiment, even though I dislike it I
found inspiration
• In this screenshot there is nothing which I
want in my final product as this experiment
is really bad and doesn’t compare to either
of the experiments which I had made, I
don’t want anything because in this
screenshot there is nothing which I could
use in an FPS game which I plan on making
because this Is a side view of anything which
I happening, And also there are no objects
in this including no health bar to show how
much damage you have taken or dealt to
your enemies

3. Process
The processes which I used in this would be that with
the background I pulled of the internet as I couldn’t
think of a good background to use for the whole
thing, so I used one of the internet but the rest of
the screenshot I made myself including the character
which I had to make from scratch even though it isnt
very good because I had no clue what I wanted to
make, I took inspiration from some of the
screenshots on the left as they are similar because
they are also turned based RPG and they have the
same visuals as mine because they have had to make
it 2D, One of the main inspirations for my
experiment was final fantasy because they have also
made it so you have pick your character they want to
start with and fight enemies with different abilities.
Some elements which I want in my main game will
be the health section because you can see when you
have low health but I wont really have anything else
as I am making an adventure game where as this is a
turn-based RPG.

4. Process
In this animation this was my final experiment which
was the best out of all of them because I didn’t have
to use anything from the internet because I didn’t
want to have anything which could be copyrighted ,
and I liked the aspect of having everything made
myself because I know what things which I could
improve. Some tools which I used in this animation
would be mainly the pencil tool which I had to make
into pixel and that I how I made both of the characters
and then I had to use the shape tool which I used to
make the section which the character is standing on
and then the health and shield section because I
didn’t want It to blend into the background.
As this was mine final experiment which I put the
most effort into it as I needed to finish it within the
time limit, And also again I will make sure that I used
the shield and health bar in my main game because
the enemies and the character you play as will have
either just health or both because the hardest
enemies will have shields as well as health.
