my review of 4 crowdfunding campaign write ups. Some were bad, and some were good. It depended on the quality of writing, the quantity of writing and the organization of said writing.

Hawaii's dealings (or lack thereof) with Sex traffiking. Hawaii is the only state without a comprehensive sex traffiking laws. They deal with it very little and are a major hub for it.

2. INDEX
• First up, Cement Innovation
• Second, Building Blocks for Florida
• Third, Hemp Building at Idaho BaseCamp
• Fourth, Build the Heart of The Farm
3. Cement Innovation
• By using “polymer cement rubber granules and styrofoam granules”
the owner creates molds in many shapes and sizes. These are
supposed to be more durable and eco-friendly.
4. • This is a entrepreneurship
• Goal: 10,000 CA
• Received: 123 CA
• https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1362693335/cement-
innovation
5. • The writup is bad.
• It’s short, tells minimum information and then doesn’t go into any
greater explanation for the project.
6. Building Blocks for Florida
• Jeff worked in the automotive business but had a accident that forced
him to leave.
• He follows after his father in working with cement, and seeks to build
his own cement block business
• Wants to sell blocks at affordable rates to those that were hit by
Hurricane Irma
8. • The write up is a little better than the previous project.
• There is a lot of repetition among his writeup but gives more
examples, descriptions and tries to draw the reader in with emotional
ques.
Better write up, but still not great.
9. Build the Heart of The Farm!
• Build the farm was a community farm based business that supports
and encourages others to grow their own animals and plants.
• They wanted to build a larger facility and were calling upon the
community to help and assist. They have some sponsors already.
11. • They had a good idea and a helpful community, plus their rewards are
targeted towards their audience.
• Their right up is more comprehensive and explanatory than the
previous two. They explain what they have done, their supporters,
etc.
• The bad is that they mentioned all this money they received
elsewhere, which takes out the urgency for others to donate.
12. Hemp Building at Idaho BaseCamp
• Their goal is to build the first non-residential Hemp building. This type
of building relies on Hemp being used as insulation and as part of the
construction.
• It is supposed to be more environmentally safe as well as effective.
14. • Their write up is excellent. It has quality, relavent pictures.
• A professional look
• Lots of explanations, designs, reasons to trust them
• The write up screams professionalism and quality. It gives you more
confidence in participating in their project because you feel you will
see it get done.
15. • Overall it seems that when you mix pictures, quality design, a
sufficient writeup and make it look professional, donators will be
more likely to help because they have more confidence in the project
and those running it.
