According to the World Health Organization, an estimated 20% of children suffer from undetected and untreated mental health problems. If left untreated, these children are at risk of becoming troubled youth and developing unbalanced lives. Imam Al-Ghazali believed that a person with a healthy mind can control their eyes, ears, tongue, stomach, genitals, hands, and feet. He advised that people should make the most of their valuable time on earth and avoid wasting time or engaging in sinful activities, in order to achieve human dignity and avoid regret in the afterlife. The document recommends solving mental health problems among children through counseling, religious education, and public awareness campaigns.
