If you are to produce a successful artefact it is essential that you are prepared to be flexible
in the production of your work. You should begin to think about possible problems you
may encounter whilst working and consider how you would solve these problems whilst
working. List some possible problems and their solutions in the table below. There is
guidance on doing this on page 84 of the Student Book.
Potential problem How this could be solved
Not enough material/equipment I will reserve extra material/equipment just in case.
Teacher can’t help me with my artefact I will research on how artefact is made and step by
step on how to do it.
There is not enough space on the table am working I will move to the table which as enough space.

My artefact is not coming out right I will start again or try and adjust where the
artefact is not progressing.
