Maka, pada penelitian ini dilakukan 2 perancangan sistem analisis butir soal. Sistem pertama dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ). Dan sistem kedua dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy C-Means (FCM). Namun, hanya sistem yang terbaik diantara keduanya, yang selanjutnya akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem analisis butir soal. Untuk memperoleh informasi metode yang terbaik maka dilakukan beberapa pengujian. Hasil pengujian sistem dengan metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) memiliki tingkat accuracy 66%. Sedangkan sistem dengan metode Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) memiliki tingkat accuracy 70%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan metode Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) memiliki tingkat accuracy yang lebih baik dari metode Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ).

passengers and cargo for air movement. Loads and unloads passengers, cargo, and baggage
moved on military and commercial-contract aircraft. Prepares and maintains air movement
records and reports. Performs aircraft cleaning services and delivers meals and comfort item
supplies to aircraft. Operates forklifts and aircraft loading equipment. Uses computer systems to
provide in-transit visibility over passenger and cargo movement operations.
