This document outlines the program for a three-day live-in divisional workshop on aligning the school performance review with Philippine professional standards for school heads and establishing school governance councils. The workshop includes sessions on understanding the professional standards, their domains and indicators, and practices that demonstrate achieving the standards. Participants will work in groups to critique school performance reviews aligned with the standards and provide guidance on establishing governance councils based on defined terms, policies, roles and responsibilities. Assessment tools will be oriented and questions answered to support establishing functional governance councils going forward.
