Introduction to Classroom Procedures Watch and read the classroom procedures presentation. Complete the Procedures worksheet as you read. (30 minutes)
Independent Work Now: Fill out the student information sheet. This is a way for me to know a little more about you, so please be detailed. (10 minutes)
Introduction to the Course Brochure Read-Aloud Materials List Modeling Class Website (10 minutes)
Show What You Know What are three important procedures that you need to follow to be successful in Civics class? (Answer in complete sentences—restate the question in the answer!) (5 minutes)
Homework Write a letter to Ms. Avashia telling her about yourself, and what she needs to know to teach you well. (15 sentences) You must have all materials for class ready to go for TOMORROW. (It’s your first quiz grade!)
