Trust-building activities like trust falls and trust runs can help students develop communication skills, teamwork, and trust while being fun and easy to manage. Such activities have been used in schools since the 1970s to promote life skills outside traditional lessons. They require minimal, already available equipment and cost nothing extra to implement within physical education curriculums with school board approval.

8. What we would grade Affective- With trust activities it is important to show good sportsmanship and being helpful with other students Cognitive- it is very important that they understand the cues and the objectives to the task at hand
