1. To Access the Yammer NETWORK for LD
The Yammer NETWORK is the open platform that will enable those outside of NHS England to view
discussions, NETWORK groups, blogs, chats etc. This will be by invite only so it will be necessary to
send an invite with the URL. https://www.yammer.com/improvementld/#/home
When you first log in, if you haven’t previously accessed Yammer you may either be presented with
the ‘Yammer bot’ or the screen below
You can join any or all of these groups relevant to your specific work area

2. For NHS England users only:
If you are a user on the NHS England Sharepoint site, Go to Sharepoint
Click on lozenge/waffle
Click on Yammer

3. Once in Yammer
Go to the cog at the bottom right of left panel
Click on Improvement LD
And there you are

4. If you want to then go back to the ‘in house’ NHS England Yammer groups you need to click on cog
again and then the england.nhs.uk line
