THE SALES MANAGER

To advance to and qualify each month as a Sales Manager:

 • Maintain two personally sponsored Active Distributors
                                                                                                                     YOU

Each month you will earn $50.

In addition, Sales Managers may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack
Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool.

THE SALES DIRECTOR

To advance to and qualify each month as a Sales Director:
                                                                                                          YOU
 • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors

Each month you will earn $100 (instead of the Manager’s $50).

In addition, Sales Directors may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack
Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool.

Sales Directors are also in a position to begin earning the Personal Sales Incentive Bonus of 35% on all additional personally
sponsored Distributors.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SALES DIRECTOR COULD EARN $700 A MONTH:

        $100 Qualify as a Sales Director
      + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month
      + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each)
      = $700 Total

THE JR. EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR

To advance to and qualify each month as a Jr. Executive:
                                                                                                        YOU
 • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors
 • Maintain one personally sponsored qualified Sales Director
 • Maintain $1,000 in Core Sales

(Core Sales are all sales excluding any Fast Pack sales within your first two
levels. These sales are NOT compressed. They must be produced by people
originally sponsored into your first two levels. Your Personal Sales DO NOT
count.)

Each month you will earn $200 (this replaces your Director bonus). In
addition, Jr. Executives may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack Bonuses, an unlimited number of shares in the
Production Pool, and 7% on their third level.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A JR. EXECUTIVE COULD EARN UP TO $900 A MONTH:

        $200 Qualify for $200 Core Bonus
      + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month
      + $100 Support your first-level leaders to sell a total of two $500 Fast Packs each month. ($50 x 2)
      + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each)
      = $900 Total plus 7% Unilevel on the third level

THE EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR

To advance to and qualify each month as an Executive:
                                                                                               YOU
 • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors
 • Maintain two personally sponsored qualified Sales Directors
 • Maintain $2,000 in Core Sales

Each month you will earn $400. (This replaces your Jr. Executive
bonus.) In addition, Sales Executives may qualify to earn first- and
second-level Fast Pack Bonuses, 7% on the third and fourth levels
as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SALES EXECUTIVE COULD
EARN UP TO $1,200 A MONTH:

        $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus
      + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month
      + $200 Support your first-level leaders to sell a total of four $500 Fast Packs each month ($50 x 4)
      + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each)
      = $1,200 Total plus 7% Unilevel on third and fourth levels, plus Retail Profits.

THE SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR

To advance to and qualify each month as a Senior Sales Director:

 • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors
 • Maintain one qualified Jr. Executive in each of two separate “legs” at any level
 • Maintain $10,000 in Total Sales

(Total Sales include all sales including Fast Packs at all levels.)

Each month you will earn either $200 or $400 Core Bonus (qualified Jr. Executive or Executive). In addition, qualified Seniors earn
7% on levels three and four, 4% on level five, first-, second- and third-level Fast Pack Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of
shares in the Production Pool.

In addition, qualified Seniors Directors may earn half a share of the Travel & Training Bonus for leadership and training of their
group. Travel &Training Bonus shares are worth up to $1,000.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR MAY EARN UP TO $2,600 A MONTH:

         $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus
       + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month
       + $500 Support your sales leaders at all levels to sell a total of 10 $500 Fast Packs each month ($50 x 10)
       + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each)
       + $500 Earn half a share in the Travel and Training Pool (valued at up to $1,000 each)
       + $600 Plus 7% Unilevel on the third & fourth level, and 4% Unilevel on the fifth level on an estimated $10,000 in Unilevel Sales
       = $2,600 Total

NOTE: Although Fast Pack sales now count in your Total Sales, Unilevel commissions do not pay on Fast Pack sales. It is estimated
that in a growing sales group, 30-50% of your Total Sales may be Fast Pack sales. Unilevel Sales are your Total Sales on which you
will be paid Unilevel commissions.

THE MASTER SALES DIRECTOR

To advance to and qualify each month as a Master Sales Director:

 • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors
 • Maintain one qualified Executive in each of two separate “legs” at any level
 • Maintain $20,000 in Total Sales

Each month you will earn either $200 or $400 Core Bonus.

In addition, qualified Masters earn 7% on levels three, four and five.

Plus first-, second-, and third-level Fast Pack Bonuses, as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool.
In addition, qualified Masters may earn one share of the Travel and Training Bonus.

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A MASTER SALES DIRECTOR MAY EARN UP TO $3,500 A MONTH:

        $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus
      + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month
      + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (four shares of up to $100 each)
      + $1,000 Earn one share in the Travel and Training Pool (one share of up to $1,000)
      + $1,500 Plus 7% Unilevel on the third, fourth & fifth levels on an estimated $20,000 in Unilevel Sales
      = $3,500 Total

NOTE: Although Fast Pack sales now count in your Total Sales, Unilevel commissions do not pay on Fast Pack sales. It is estimated
that in a growing sales group, 30-50% of your Total Sales may be Fast Pack sales. Unilevel Sales are your Total Sales on which you
will be paid Unilevel commissions.

REGIONAL SALES DIRECTORS AND ABOVE

Regional Sales Directors and higher are paid in a similar fashion to Senior Sales Directors.

Regional Director is the last position to be eligible to earn Production Bonus and Travel and Training Bonuses.

show an actual track record of performance at each of these positions. Most people will not qualify as sales leaders. Most people
will not produce these sales examples. You may earn less or more based on your specific success in each of these bonus categories.

21TEN does not control share value for the Production Pool or the Travel & Training Pool. Shares may be valued anywhere
between $1 and $100 for the Production Pool and $1 and $1,000 for the Travel & Training Pool.

THE SALES MANAGER To advance to and qualify each month as a Sales Manager: • Maintain two personally sponsored Active Distributors YOU Each month you will earn $50. In addition, Sales Managers may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool. STEP BY STEP THE SALES DIRECTOR To advance to and qualify each month as a Sales Director: YOU • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors Each month you will earn $100 (instead of the Manager’s $50). In addition, Sales Directors may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool. Sales Directors are also in a position to begin earning the Personal Sales Incentive Bonus of 35% on all additional personally sponsored Distributors. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SALES DIRECTOR COULD EARN $700 A MONTH: $100 Qualify as a Sales Director + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each) = $700 Total LEGEND: = Active Distributor = Qualified Director 2

EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR To advance to and qualify each month as a Jr. Executive: YOU • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors • Maintain one personally sponsored qualified Sales Director • Maintain $1,000 in Core Sales (Core Sales are all sales excluding any Fast Pack sales within your first two levels. These sales are NOT compressed. They must be produced by people originally sponsored into your first two levels. Your Personal Sales DO NOT count.) Each month you will earn $200 (this replaces your Director bonus). In addition, Jr. Executives may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack Bonuses, an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool, and 7% on their third level. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A JR. EXECUTIVE COULD EARN UP TO $900 A MONTH: $200 Qualify for $200 Core Bonus + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month + $100 Support your first-level leaders to sell a total of two $500 Fast Packs each month. ($50 x 2) + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each) = $900 Total plus 7% Unilevel on the third level LEGEND: = Active Distributor = Qualified Director 3

STEP BY STEP THE EXECUTIVE SALES DIRECTOR To advance to and qualify each month as an Executive: YOU • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors • Maintain two personally sponsored qualified Sales Directors • Maintain $2,000 in Core Sales Each month you will earn $400. (This replaces your Jr. Executive bonus.) In addition, Sales Executives may qualify to earn first- and second-level Fast Pack Bonuses, 7% on the third and fourth levels as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SALES EXECUTIVE COULD EARN UP TO $1,200 A MONTH: $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month + $200 Support your first-level leaders to sell a total of four $500 Fast Packs each month ($50 x 4) + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each) = $1,200 Total plus 7% Unilevel on third and fourth levels, plus Retail Profits. STEP BY STEP THE SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR To advance to and qualify each month as a Senior Sales Director: • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors • Maintain one qualified Jr. Executive in each of two separate “legs” at any level • Maintain $10,000 in Total Sales (Total Sales include all sales including Fast Packs at all levels.) Each month you will earn either $200 or $400 Core Bonus (qualified Jr. Executive or Executive). In addition, qualified Seniors earn 7% on levels three and four, 4% on level five, first-, second- and third-level Fast Pack Bonuses as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool. In addition, qualified Seniors Directors may earn half a share of the Travel & Training Bonus for leadership and training of their group. Travel &Training Bonus shares are worth up to $1,000. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A SENIOR SALES DIRECTOR MAY EARN UP TO $2,600 A MONTH: $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month + $500 Support your sales leaders at all levels to sell a total of 10 $500 Fast Packs each month ($50 x 10) + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (valued at up to $100 each) + $500 Earn half a share in the Travel and Training Pool (valued at up to $1,000 each) + $600 Plus 7% Unilevel on the third & fourth level, and 4% Unilevel on the fifth level on an estimated $10,000 in Unilevel Sales = $2,600 Total NOTE: Although Fast Pack sales now count in your Total Sales, Unilevel commissions do not pay on Fast Pack sales. It is estimated that in a growing sales group, 30-50% of your Total Sales may be Fast Pack sales. Unilevel Sales are your Total Sales on which you will be paid Unilevel commissions. 5

STEP BY STEP THE MASTER SALES DIRECTOR To advance to and qualify each month as a Master Sales Director: • Maintain four personally sponsored Active Distributors • Maintain one qualified Executive in each of two separate “legs” at any level • Maintain $20,000 in Total Sales Each month you will earn either $200 or $400 Core Bonus. In addition, qualified Masters earn 7% on levels three, four and five. Plus first-, second-, and third-level Fast Pack Bonuses, as well as an unlimited number of shares in the Production Pool. In addition, qualified Masters may earn one share of the Travel and Training Bonus. HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A MASTER SALES DIRECTOR MAY EARN UP TO $3,500 A MONTH: $400 Qualify for $400 Core Bonus + $200 Sell two $500 Fast Packs each month + $400 Earn four shares of the Production Pool (four shares of up to $100 each) + $1,000 Earn one share in the Travel and Training Pool (one share of up to $1,000) + $1,500 Plus 7% Unilevel on the third, fourth & fifth levels on an estimated $20,000 in Unilevel Sales = $3,500 Total NOTE: Although Fast Pack sales now count in your Total Sales, Unilevel commissions do not pay on Fast Pack sales. It is estimated that in a growing sales group, 30-50% of your Total Sales may be Fast Pack sales. Unilevel Sales are your Total Sales on which you will be paid Unilevel commissions. 6
  • 7. STEP BY STEP REGIONAL SALES DIRECTORS AND ABOVE Regional Sales Directors and higher are paid in a similar fashion to Senior Sales Directors. Regional Director is the last position to be eligible to earn Production Bonus and Travel and Training Bonuses. DISCLAIMER These are only examples of possibilities based on sales projections. 21TEN is a new company and does not have historical data to show an actual track record of performance at each of these positions. Most people will not qualify as sales leaders. Most people will not produce these sales examples. You may earn less or more based on your specific success in each of these bonus categories. 21TEN does not control share value for the Production Pool or the Travel & Training Pool.
